Terms of sale
The shop runs under Victorian law and Australian consumer law. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the ACL — these terms sit on top of them.
These terms apply to every purchase made on amazingretroworld.com.au. By placing an order you accept them. They do not exclude, restrict, or modify any guarantee, condition, warranty, right, or remedy that you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.

Pricing errors
We try very hard to keep prices accurate, but pricing and stock errors can happen. If a product is listed at a price that is obviously wrong (for example, a decimal point in the wrong place), we may cancel the affected line and refund you in full. We’ll always tell you before doing this.
Consumer guarantees (ACL)
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our 10-day swap window (see swap window) is an additional remedy on top of your ACL rights.
Dispatch & risk
- Dispatch time
- We dispatch Mon–Fri within 24 business hours of cleared payment. Public holidays and weekends do not count. Transit times are quoted by the carrier — see /dispatch/.
- Risk passes on delivery
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier marks the parcel as delivered. Report damage-on-arrival within 48 hours so we can lodge a carrier claim.
Prohibited use
You may not use the site for fraud, scraping large volumes of data without permission, attempting to bypass security controls, or reselling copies in a way that would mislead a second-hand buyer about the original source. Normal browsing, ordering, and gifting are always fine.
Disputes & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, except where the ACL requires otherwise.
