Swap window — ten days, no story needed
Every copy ships with a ten-day swap window from delivery. Wrong fit, changed mind, or condition mismatch — cue another from the stack, or refund in full. Your ACL rights are on top of everything below.

We want the rotation to actually land. If a title you queued isn’t hitting the mood you expected, the swap window is there to cue another from the stack — or refund you, whichever you prefer. No restocking fee, no "we’ll credit you next time" nonsense. Ten days from the day the parcel lands on your doorstep.
This policy is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Those rights can’t be excluded, limited, or modified by anything we say here. If a copy is faulty, misdescribed, or arrives broken, your ACL remedies apply regardless of the window.
How to use the window
What we need the copy to look like on return
- Same condition as sent
- The grade we shipped is the grade we expect back. Normal handling is fine; new damage (scratched disc, cracked case) means we have to drop the resale tier, so we adjust the refund to match.
- Complete where complete
- If a copy shipped with the manual and original insert, we need those back. If it didn’t, don’t stress — the listing photo is our reference.
ACL remedies for faulty copies
Under the Australian Consumer Law, if a product has a major fault you can choose between a refund, a replacement, or a repair. For minor faults, we may provide a free repair within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy limits your right to those remedies.
If you believe a copy has a major fault on arrival, email [email protected] and we’ll resolve it the same working day.
Your ACL rights still apply for faulty or misdescribed copies. Get in touch with the order ref and a short description — we’ll sort it.
Not within Australia, and not for faulty copies anywhere. For a change-of-mind swap outside Australia we ask you to cover the return label.
Yes. Keep the titles that land and swap the ones that didn’t. We only need the ones coming back.
