Tracked dispatch Monday to Friday. Free over $150, flat $12.50 otherwise, express nationwide. Orders in by 2pm ship the same day; the rest go on the next weekday run.

Every order dispatches from our Melbourne workshop. We run two mail-outs a day on weekdays — late-morning and late-afternoon — so anything queued by 2pm usually makes the same-day drop. Nothing ships on public holidays or weekends.
Each parcel goes out in a padded mailer or rigid box with branded tape, a handwritten slip, and a tracking number in your inbox within 24 hours of the label printing. Weekend orders queue up and hit the Monday morning run.
How the packing works

- All discs and cases ship in bubble-lined mailers. Hardware and bundles ship in a rigid box with branded tape and a handwritten order slip.
- Tracked by default
- Every order — standard or express — includes Australia Post tracking. The number drops into your inbox the moment the label prints.
- Safe drop on request
- Need authority-to-leave? Add it to the "notes for the booth" field at checkout. We’ll mark the label accordingly.
Shipping FAQ
First stop: check with the household and neighbours, then the local post office. If nothing turns up, email [email protected] with your order ref and we’ll lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
Yes, as long as the parcel hasn’t dispatched yet. Reply to your order confirmation with the new address within one business hour and we’ll update the label.
Yes. Australia Post delivers both standard and express parcels to PO boxes. Parcel lockers and MyPost accounts are also fine.
